Royal LePage Trinity Realty, Brokerage is seeking a part-time receptionist that is available to work in both our Collingwood and Wasaga Beach locations. Weekends are a must! Approximately 10-20 hrs per week. Some reception experience is an asset, but not required. You must have great interpersonal skills, excel in both written and oral communication, have the ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities and Duties
Greet clients, answer the telephone, use a multi-line switchboard system to transfer calls, send and receive emails, electronic filing of documents, schedule appointments, open and close the office, light cleaning duties.
Qualifications and Skills
Previous office reception experience an asset, but not required. Criminal record check may be requested.
Salary: $14.00 /hour
