We have been keeping track of the weekly sales statistics from the beginning of March, in order to visualize how our local real estate market has been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
As you can see from the graphs below, Unit Sales dropped significantly the week of March 22, 2020 but have since started to slowly climb. The Average Sales Price dipped slightly, but has remained stable. We anticipate these trends will continue.
We are still here to serve your real estate needs, but in different ways than before. We are offering virtual open houses, virtual showings, and have protocols in place if a client needs to view a home in person. We are an essential business, but it is not business as usual.
